Diet is one of the biggest things people struggle with when it comes to their fitness. They wonder what they should eat, when they should eat, and how much they should eat. If there is. particular diet that's better for weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition that they should follow. If it's okay to have sugar or not. The list goes on, and on, and on. But what if all that struggle is for nothing? What if diet isn't actually the problem at all? So today I'm here to discuss, how much does diet REALLY have to do with it?
