US Supreme Court Upholds Indiana’s Abortion Law

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld an Indiana law protecting the remains of aborted babies. At the same time, though, the court refused to consider reinstating the state's ban on abortions due to a baby’s disability, sex or race.
