In today's episode I was lucky enough to chat to the incredible Teigan Woollard, a vital member of the Cold Nips Australian Tour crew, about the 100 dips in 100 days movement, as well as all things creating a life full of impact, purpose and what led to creating COLD NIPS AUSTRALIAN TOUR. Cold Nips aka ~ Ryan and Jian, the two co-founders of this cold water loving community discovered through their own experience that beginning the day with a sunrise dip, surrounded by good people and followed by chats over a coffee, all before a work day began, held something special in its recipe. Hence why they are now on a mission to spread it AUS WIDE. Currently touring Australia they are almost half way through their 100 day challenge and about to hit the Victorian Shores, kicking off their first VIC dip in our little local beach town LAKES ENTRANCE next Monday 16th September at 6:15am at Main Beach!
