The Mystery of the Missing Glasses
Good morning, friends, and welcome to Cager's Coffee Break!
Have you ever spent ten minutes searching the entire house for your glasses only to discover they were sitting on top of your head the whole time? You look on the kitchen counter, in the bathroom, under the couch cushions, and even inside the refrigerator—because apparently, that's a logical place to look when you're in full panic mode. Then someone smiles and says, "They're on your head." At that point, all you can do is laugh and pretend you were just checking to make sure they were still there!
Life has a funny way of doing that to us. Sometimes we're searching everywhere for peace, joy, and contentment, when God has already placed everything we truly need right in front of us. We become so focused on what we don't have that we forget to thank Him for what we do have.

Perhaps that's another lesson for life. God often works during the waiting. We may feel like nothing is happening, but He is preparing us for what comes next, just as those coffee beans are becoming everything they were meant to be.
So today, before you rush out the door, pause for just a moment. Thank God for another sunrise, another opportunity, and another fresh cup of coffee. Sometimes the greatest blessings are the ones we've had all along—we simply needed to notice them.
