Meet The Bonnies - Mya Davidson

Let's meet Mya Davidson / Redshirt Junior - Rockford, IL Mya returns to the Bonnies this season, and details her preparation on the court, as well as getting to know her new teammates in summer workouts. She also details how being on the squad last year will help her to help the team this season. The team is really jelling on and off the court, Mya tells us how the players are getting to know each other. Her basketball journey is detailed - including her basketball lineage through her family. Mya's Bona link is her aunt, former Bonnie Tory Vybrony. Team goals are also discussed, and Mya is very excited about an overall improvement in the team this season/. Meet The Bonnies - Cayden Charles

Let's meet Cayden Charles / Senior - Kennesaw, GA Cayden tells us he was a "late bloomer" as a basketball player, and made his journey through AAU and junior college, before coming to St. Bonaventure. He talks about why being a Bonnie is such a great fit, and being honored to come play in front of Bona Nation in the Reilly Center! Cayden also gives us an in-depth look at the transfer process. We also learn how Cayden is working with his new teammates and is excited for the upcoming season. We also find out the strengths of Cayden's game and his comparison to NBA great Jimmy Butler!

Meet The Bonnies - Diamond Fields

Let's meet Diamond Fields / Freshman - Bronx, NY Diamond has taken an interesting path to St. Bonaventure through her early basketball career - as the sport runs in her family, and she details her travel to Western NY as well as getting to know her new teammates and summer workouts. The self-described "gym rat" also tells us about bonding with the team during downtime in the summer, and her recruiting process. Diamond is majoring in sports media, and she's excited about the potential for the upcoming season! Bonus - you'll learn about her family connection to the Bonnies!

Meet The Bonnies - Kaylee Krysztof

Let's meet Kaylee Krysztof / Junior - Buffalo, NY Kaylee, a newcomer this season, details her start in basketball - including transferring from Binghamton. Being a "local product", Kaylee has a lot of family and friends that attended St. Bonaventure and she's so excited to be a part of Bona Nation. We learn her take on summer workouts and getting to learn her new teammates. Kaylee offers some great advice for younger players, too. She's a marketing major and would like to someday work for the Buffalo Bills!

Let's meet Dasonte Bowen / Senior - Boston, MA Bona Nation is happy to have Dasonte return for his senior season to the Brown & White this season! He details his journey to St. Bonaventure, and allows us his thoughts on comparing last year's squad to this season's team. Dasonte believes this year, the guys can be even better! He also spotlights what he's seen in summer workouts as far as his new teammates' strengths. Let's Get To Know Mallory Heise / Freshman - Hilton, NY Newcomer Mallory introduces herself to Bona Nation. She describes her path to St. Bonaventure and what made the biggest impression on her during recruiting. Mallory was drawn to sports at an early age - soccer and basketball - and was encouraged by her athletic family! She also talks about what excites her to be a part of the roster this season, her style of play, and her long range goals! Bonus - Mallory describes what summer workout team bonding is like.

Meet The Bonnies - Kylie Buckley

Let's Get To Know Kylie Buckely / Junior - Livonia, NY Kylie joins the Bonnies as a transfer and has been enjoying the transition to the Bona campus. She breaks down summer workouts, and getting to meet (and play with) her new teammates. We learn about her basketball journey from AAU through her time at Niagara and Oakland. Aaliyah Parker is a former teammate of Kylie, and the draw of being closer to home was an influence on Kylie coming to St. Bonaventure. She's excited about the WNY roster build and the fact that a lot of the squad has either played against or with each other since high school. Bonus - Kylie is looking forward to not only playing overseas after her college days, but maybe a career in law enforcement!

Bonaventure Baseball Rundown (9/22/25)

Ryan Lombardi, of the Bonnies Online Network, sits down with Bonnies Baseball Head Coach Jason Rathbun for the 1st rundown of the 2026-26 year. Coach Razz talks about getting fall ball underway with not only renovations at Fred Handler Park (stands, press box, turf - kudos to Bonnies AD Bob Beretta), but a discussion of just how impactful the entire athletics department is to the program. Coach Razz also talks about the excitement of 18 newcomers to his roster, and incorporating them with the returning roster. The team will not only be adding freshmen, but several All-American transfers! The spotlight falls on Manuel Castro from Northern Essex CC, and Anthony Fernandez from Monroe University. Derek Duvall is an add to the pitching staff from College of Charleston. Tristan Ciampa returns to the staff as a Graduate Student and senior David James to shore up the Bonnies' pitching rotation. Ryan and Coach Razz continue to preview the roster changes and transfer additions, including the addition of Jackson Root as Assistant Pitching Coach and Jackson DeJohn as Assistant Hitting Coach. Optimism for a great upcoming season!

The Bonnies Breakaway (9/23/25)

Gavin Watson and Ryan Addeo sit down with new Bonnies Men's Soccer Head Coach Mick Giordano for the 1st edition of the Bonnies Breakaway podcast! Coach Giordano gives us a background on his road to St. Bonaventure, detailing his playing & coaching experience. He also details his coaching style and how he has brought his past success to the Bonnies's squad this first year. A great discussion of his roster, including how Coach Girodano's overseas experience helped smooth the transition for the international players. We also hear how he utilizes some many different motivational methods, like books & podcasts. Coach Girodano lays out the mindest of his squad and his preferred style of attack. A recap of the previous match against Davidson and a preview of a home match with George Washington at the Marra for Family Weekend on Saturday September 27th.

The Coach Jim Crowley Show (9/26/25)

Chris Russell sits down with Bonnies Women's Basketball Head Coach Jim Crowley as he prepares for his 3rd season back leading the Brown & White. As a preseason session, Coach Cowley talks about summer workouts, recruiting & farming the Western NY region, incorporating experienced transfers with newcomers, what the Bona fanbase means to this program - including the upcoming Brown & White Night at the Reilly Center on Friday, September 26th, and a trip down memory lane as the teams of the past, the 1986-87 team and Coach Crowley's own record-setting squad of 2015-2016 on November 22nd.
