On October 2nd, 1982, Gloria Ann Stephan was last seen at a convenience store in the Houston area.

Approximately four hours later, her body was discovered in a gravel pit off Alford Road near Magnolia, Texas. She had been strangled and stabbed.

Her light-blue Plymouth station wagon was nowhere nearby.

At approximately one o'clock the following morning, a Texas DPS trooper found it abandoned along Highway 290 near Kerrville—hundreds of miles away.

Then, almost a year later, confessed serial killer Henry Lee Lucas came to Montgomery County.

Lucas claimed he murdered Gloria.

And according to investigators, he led them back to the gravel pit where her body had been found.

But Lucas confessed to hundreds of murders—many he could not possibly have committed.

So was Gloria Stephan one of his actual victims ...
