Josefa Cariño Tauli (Sefa) is an Ibaloi-Kankanaey Igorot Indigenous youth from the Cordillera, Philippines. She is a steering committee member and Policy Co-coordinator of the Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN) - the international youth coordination platform and constituency to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. A dedicated advocate for meaningful youth engagement, human rights, and Indigenous Peoples’ rights and knowledge, she plays active roles in GYBN’s capacity-building efforts and participation in global biodiversity policy processes.
