Michelin-starred chef, Shin Thompson, will helm Niku X’s exquisite fine-dining menu and tasting experience this Fall at The Wilshire Grand Center in Downtown Los Angeles.

Shin, originally from Chicago, relocated to LA, where he will work alongside Chubby Cattle International founders, Haibin Yang and David Zhao. The ambient restaurant boasts their ranch-to-table A5 Wagyu that comes from their privately-owned Wagyu farms, located in Texas and California. Chef Shin will also be responsible for Niku X’s exquisite tasting menu which will incorporate artisanal ingredients and rare, locally grown Japanese produce. Every aspect of the exclusive menu will be overseen by Shin himself and likely to change according to season.
