Go back to the four-box ILG map you drew in Episode Four. In the centre — between the four boxes — write your 100x standard. Not a revenue number. A leverage ratio. One sentence: "I will have 100x impact when I can [blank] without [blank]."
Examples: produce thought leadership at national-agency scale without a team. Generate course revenue without trading hours for dollars. Reach fifty thousand readers without a publishing deal.
Your 100x is yours. Write it in the centre. That sentence is your compass for everything that comes next.
