That's right, it's almost April, and our first returning Spokes Person of season 2 is here to talk to us about his own season 2 with the now officially annual "Louisville Classic Gravel Grinder". So sit back, relax, maybe crack open a cold beverage of your choice (Dave and Dave chose some PBRs) and join us on our first "street legal" episode of The Spokes People Podcast.

Episode 20 (Spring Cleaning pt.2)

It's been a long and exciting 2024 for us here at The Spokes People Podcast, and we're already looking ahead to an even greater 2025. But before we get there, we ask you to join us for one final episode of the season as we recap and reflect on our past episodes, and discuss our plans for the future. Warning: If you normally come to our show for the structured and intellectually rich conversation we usually provide, this episode may seem a bit different. It's a celebration, and Dave (Henson), Dave (FDR) and, our honorary third host, Ken (Theis) have elected to treat it as such. (Translation: Theres even more jokes and FDR had to be censored more than usual).

Episode 15 (Jason Brummels for T.H.O.R.)

A big part of The Spokes People Podcast has always been about brining attention and awareness to the important topics, projects, and programs that affect our local biking community here in Omaha, and few things impact our local riders more than the work being done at THOR (Trails Have Our Respect). So for this long and winding episode of The Spokes People Podcast, Dave (Henson) and Dave (FDR) sat down with the Executive Director of THOR, Jason Brummels, to discuss some of the many projects THOR has been involved in past, present, and future along with an exploration of the recent organizational shift in values at THOR as far as how best to serve the Omaha metro population.
