Taking the Long View: June Reflections

This episode is all about taking the long view. I had two coaching sessions early in June that both circled around this theme, and it's been something I've kept coming back to ever since. I share a situation where getting coached on what taking the long view of the relationship could look like completely shifted how I was holding it. I also talk about the fear that comes up around putting myself and my offers more visibly out into the world, and what it looked like to get coached on that from the perspective of my 93- or 97-year-old self (she's a little sassy, by the way).
Then I get into a June recap. I'm sharing an update on my inner wise self love note challenge, some honest reflections about where I'm at with my body and starting hormone replacement therapy, and a look ahead to my business retreat and the La La La Lunch karaoke event I'm hosting for nonprofit and social impact parent-leaders in the Long Beach area. It's a lot, but it felt like the right time to document it all.
