the pause that changed my life

after seven months of silence, this isn’t just a “where i’ve been," it’s a reflection of who i’ve become.

in this episode, i'm opening up about the pause, the growth that happened behind the scenes, and why stepping away was necessary. this season taught me more about alignment, identity, and letting go than I ever expected.

if you’ve ever felt like you needed to disappear to find yourself again… this one’s for you.

welcome back to a layer deeper, it’s different now.
