Episode notes
Welcome to the world of comedy. Your Favorite Locals sit down with a Reno comedy scene staple, Stephen Mollman, to discuss the wild highs and humbling lows of stand-up comedy. From bombing on stage (and getting a $5 pity tip from a homeless man) to running open mics at Coffee and Comics, Mollman shares hilarious and heartfelt stories of resilience, creativity, and connection. They reflect on navigating tough crowds, and turning personal chaos into comedy gold. Whether it's tales of puking audience members or advice for aspiring comedians, this episode will give you the insight on what it means to be a tortured artist.
