Connor, a former mma fighter hears of his manager Seth's new business venture: amateur bouts between robots and humans. Believing such a business is unnatural and sadistic, Connor makes a wager. If he beats 2 robots of Seth's choice, "this shit ends." Commentary: I saw a video of the alleged first mma fight between a robot and human on tiktok. I didn't find it cool nor badass. I was thinking "why?" We have so many sci-fi films that show what can happen if we go down this path and yet people, corporations still do it. The looks of concern, excitement, and anticipation answered my question. It's for dopamine. Everything in this world is engineered to target yours.
