In this episode of YinzCenter, Cody learns from a former Penguins coach where he is picking in his fantasy hockey draft to defend his title. Nevin discusses his most recent sled hockey game action, and the boys break down what to look out for that could potentially go wrong for the Pittsburgh Penguins 23-24 season.

Gray to save his first matchup. Cody recaps his first ever Beaver Stadium visit, where he is amongst the first people to visit the Tunnel Club. Nevin breaks down his latest exercise routines as he begins to gear up for his sled hockey season, as well as providing his "Small Football Brain Predictions" with the first NFL game of the 2023 season soon to be underway, and we preview next week's interview!

YinzCenter Breaks Down Greensburg's Biggest Football Game: Spartans vs Golden Lions

On this week's episode of YinzCenter, the boys are still pumped for football season with less than two days until football season officially kicks off in Westmoreland county and to break down Greensburg's biggest football game of the year, the crosstown rivalry of the Hempfield Spartans versus the Greensburg Salem Golden Lions, the boys bring in Hempfield assistant coach, Dave Greene, and his high school Spartan teammate, Aaron Steiner, to discuss the game. Cody and Nevin predict Hempfield's season in front of Dave. Also, after a long wait, Nevin finally gets to discuss UFC.
