Dr Dale Bredesen graduated from Caltech and received a medical degree from Duke University. He served as chief resident in neurology at the University of California, San Francisco and a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Nobel Laureate Professor Stanley Prusiner. Dr Bredesen is currently professor at UCLA and provided first descriptions of the reversal of cognitive decline in patients with Alzheimer's or pre-Alzheimer's, and has a recent successful trial published just last year.
