Tips for Coping with Pacific Northwest Weather
Weather in the Pacific Northwest is often romanticized by those who do not live in the Pacific Northwest. The weather in western Washington can be gloomy, dark, and rainy more often than not, and often coping with the rainy season in the Pacific Northwest requires planning and experience. Some areas are more rainy and dark than others, but regardless of where you are in the Pacific Northwest, you will most likely at some point be wishing you lived somewhere with a bit more sun. Lately on the Olympic Peninsula and throughout western Washington we have had a lack of sunny weather. Spring has been rather dull. We have had lots of rainy days and enough sunny days to count on one hand. In this video I talk about how I cope and if I am being honest, I am not coping well. I am ready for my beloved pacific northwest summer. Here's hoping it comes soon!
