Hello friends!

In his book, Mere Christianity, CS Lewis wrote, “I am sure that God keeps no one waiting unless He sees that it is good for him to wait,”. He goes on to say, “but you must regard it as waiting, not as camping. You must keep on praying for light.”

As I reflected on yesterday’s podcast, where I spoke about this challenging season of despair and anger that I find myself in, a series of concentric circles that holds a mirror up to the tribulations facing the world, the local community and my own little bubble, the word ‘impatience’ kept weighing on my heart. It spoke to this desire for everything from wanting my Dad’s health to improve all the way up to waiting on the Rapture and God’s Will being done on earth as it is in Heaven.
