This week's topic is Neom, a smart city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The city is part of Mohammed bin Salman's Saudi Vision 2030 program and is planned to attract investment, technology and also work as a tourist destination to the kingdom.

This week's guest is Kristian Ulrichsen, who is a Baker Institute Fellow for the Middle East, who has worked as a senior Gulf Analyst at the Gulf Center for Strategic Studies and as a co-director of the Kuwait Program on Development.
