Outcomes themselves are a result of the complex interactions between different variables in our lives. These variables being a generalization of the specific habits and actions we take directly to get desired results or indirectly when focused else where. There are complex interactions that are to play with each success equation. Be advised it takes of time and effort fine tuning your equations but it is worth it.Some of main questions we need to ask our selves might look like the followingWhat are the main and most significant factors I need to achieve an outcome? Which secondary factors affect these, can you reduce their effect or leverage their relationship with the main factors? Are there factors that are compromising my results ? Can actually write down equations with respect to certain outcomes? Can I actually honestly gauge the amount of attention or effort I have been giving such factors? What are the main things that might cause friction or resistance with regards to doing what you know you need to do to get certain results? How can we reduce the friction or set up systems that make it easier to do what we need to do according to our success equations? Love ought to overflow and not be redirected | Art of Introspection and Self Love Pt.1
Loving your neighbours as you love yourself is what we are called to do but how do we do this if we don't even know how to properly love ourselves. (I am not stealing this from that TikTok song💀). Self love itself can take different forms besides the much enjoyable trips to parks or the activities that bring us relief. One major aspect of self-love that seems to have a positive long lasting effect is investing in self and self improvement.Spending time to eradicate the faulty foundations and moulding ourselves into the better versions of ourselves is key for the relationship we have with ourselves and with external parties. Love in itself is supposed to overflow, not redirected. Redirecting love opens us up to dryness, high expectations from external parties who might not even be in a better place than we are with themselves. I believe that for one to even get to the point where they love themselves they need to depend on a love greater than their own. Focusing on the Love God has towards us makes us fully understand what love actually is moreover besides our faults it gives us a benchmark and a clear indisputable truth. After dwelling in this truth, we start to have the love that has been freely gifted to us overflow to others.We also head back to the introspection of the various gardens in our lives. We come across the truth with regards to understanding that we aren't the only planters in our gardens. Society, culture, and various ideologies plant certain seeds in our gardens which makes it important for us to regularly introspect and check what is growing in different areas of our lives and moreover the source of such plants

Residual time and input block Overflowing results| Art of Introspection and Self Love Pt.2
With so many responsibilities and commitments violently snatching hours from our days, we are often left with so little time to focus on ourselves. One might ask, who on earth has the energy and will power needed to focus on self introspection at the end of a long laborious day? Shows and Scrolling on media definitely do not need much from us and are often the popular choice.This scenario builds a loop where one may be willing to actually engage in more activities that would add to their self development however the odds are always against them. Reversing the concept of residual time puts an awareness and a high priority of giving your development the highest priority. This leads to growth and the formation of a better you which will overflow into other aspects of your life.

Disparity between Current Self and Ideal Self
As imperfect humans we often are miscouraged by our current selfs and the current state of being while hailing an ideal version or state. Despite how far our ideal selves are we tend to forget that this version of self largely depends on our current version of ourself. Rather that this ideal self is just a current version of us that has done the work and passed the test of time. Having a healthy relationship with the current version of self is ideal because without your current self you cannot reach your ideal self. Let us remember being imperfect does not mean we are insufficient.
