I stepped on stage not fully prepared… and for the first time, I didn’t try to compensate.

I stayed present. I let it be messy. I let myself be seen.

And I lost.

Not just “didn’t win”- I didn’t place well.

And my body? It gave out before I even made it to the night show.

So now the real question isn’t about competition…

It’s:

What do you do when you show up fully… and it doesn’t validate you?

In this episode, I’m not tying it up into a pretty lesson.

I’m sitting inside the tension of:

• being seen without proof
• not performing to earn my place
• and not getting the outcome I thought would affirm it

Because maybe the real growth isn’t in being seen…

It’s in not needing the result to tell you what that meant.
