Logan Renwick, a former Notre Dame Track and Field athlete, joins us today! Logan is from Butler, PA, and is currently living in Denver, CO. Logan shares how his experiences as an athlete at Notre Dame continue to impact him. During the interview, we discuss the importance of making connections with the people around you, being comfortable with being “average”, and taking risks. Imposter syndrome comes up during our conversation, and Logan explains his thoughts on why it may show up in life after athletics. Here's to taking risks, and giving yourself the grace to do so.
