THE COOLEST DESIGNS YET??? | Absolute Batman 10 - 12 + Absolute Evil #1 | Weed Dweebs Podcast

The Read Dweebs are back, and things in Gotham have officially hit a point of no return. We’re breaking down Absolute Batman issues 10–12, where Bruce’s escape from the nightmarish Ark M facility isn't the clean break he hoped for. Instead, he’s returned to a city where his closest friends have been twisted into the villains we recognize from the prime timeline—all because they were too close to the Bat. It’s a gut-wrenching look at the cost of being Batman, featuring some truly grotesque body horror and a Bane who is far more of a physical and psychological menace than anyone expected.

Then, we pivot to the absolute power players in Absolute Evil #1. Forget the heroes for a minute—the people actually running the world have decided they’ve had enough of the "chaos" brought by these new superpowered vigilantes. We’re dissecting that chilling, high-stakes meeting where the likes of The Joker, Ra’s al Ghul, and Veronica Cale form their own twisted version of a Justice League to maintain the status quo. It’s a masterclass in sinister plotting that sets the stage for a total war between the establishment and the "small chaos" of our heroes.
