WE HAVE A SURPRISE GUEST! Jasmine Calloway, our mental health couneslor has joined us to help educate us on Mental Health Awareness. She is our very first guest of the season and it was so amazing! Her energy was so vivacious, she was so informative, I truly can't wait for you all to hear! We discuss the importance of mental health, misconceptions surrounding mental health, advice and much more!
