In this episode, we talked to CEO: Chief Empathy Officer of the Inclusion Imperative, Geffrye Parsons. A former finance executive of 35 years, winner of multiple LGBTQ+ leadership awards, Geffrye now runs his own Diveristy, Equity and Inlcusion organsiation the Inclusion Imperative. In this episode we discussed Geffrye's acheivements in advancing workplace inclusion for LGBTQ+ people as well as his motivations behind wokring in this space, and the challenges the community faces in order to gain full equity and inclusion in corporate spaces.
