Episode notes
In our first episode of Walking With the Pleasants, we talk about what it really means to wait on God. Waiting can be frustrating, confusing, and even discouraging—but Scripture shows us that waiting is not wasted time.
We look at biblical examples of people who had to wait between the promise and its fulfillment and talk about how God can use those seasons to strengthen our faith, develop our character, prepare us for what’s ahead, and draw us closer to Him.
We also share from our own experiences and discuss what it looks like to actively trust God while you wait—continuing to pray, obey, grow, and walk by faith even when you don't know what God is doing.
If you’re in a season of waiting right now, we hope this conversation reminds you: your “not yet” doesn’t mean “never,” and your waiting is not wasted.
Scripture: Isaiah 40:31
Encourage. Uplift. Speak Life. Walk in Truth.
