Pixels (2010 & 2015): The OG and The Sandler Abomination

For their first new release since moving to the Impala Network, Jamie and Rory are taking a look at Adam Sandler-helmed dud "Pixels", you know, the movie where Kevin James plays the President of the United States, which somehow doesn't feel quite as far fetched these days. The boys are divided on this one which makes for an interesting episode (you can probably guess which one likes the film and which one doesn't). As a special bonus the boys also begin the episode by taking a brief look at the original 2010 short film which inspired the Hollywood adaptation! Season 4

8-Bit Christmas (2021): How I Met Your Nintendo

A Christmas themed videogame movie staring Barney from How I Met Your Mother? Surely this can't be bad. Right? Right? Visit our website at www.vgmovie.co.uk Visit our Wiki of Videogame Adaptations at www.vgmp.fandom.com

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001): AKA "The Money Without"

The first major motion picture outing of the Final Fantasy franchise is one of the most infamous flops in history, effectively killing Square and forcing them to merge to survive. With its sci-fi setting and alien ghosts, the film doesn't feel too much like the games on which it is based. Despite that, how does the film stand up?
