Struggle with C O N S I S T E N C Y?
Youāre not alone! I think we all struggle with it and it S U C K S!!! I know. Being consistent is something every single client Iāve ever worked with has struggled with and itās super common. We all want to do the things we know are good for us but when it comes down to āmaking it happenā we pause ⦠waste timeā¦. do something else to fill the time⦠and we procrastinate till we have 5 mins left! How do I know?? Well, Iām human.
