A bone-chilling 18, feeling like 17 degrees with the wind. The Wasatch Front gets the Goldilocks treatment — not too hot, not too cold. Salt Lake City starts at 28 degrees at 5 A.M., then climbs to 51 by 2 P.M. Mostly sunny skies make it a perfect day to shake off the winter cobwebs. Tonight, partly cloudy with lows around 32. Down south, St. George hits 60 today under clear skies. Tonight drops to 36, then Monday soars to 67. The sunshine train keeps rolling all week, topping out at 77 by Friday.
