Dr. Mel Speisman specializes in Academic Internal Medicine. He is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, stroke, and other chronic medical conditions. He is interested in the primary prevention of disease with a passion for medical education and bedside teaching. He has received numerous awards from medical students and residents during his 25 year career as a core faculty member of an internal medicine residency program.
