URP featured artist: Multitalented afrobeats artist JAAP started his music journey in Nigeria “the heartbeat of afrobeats” now relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia. Canada. JAAP went through a phase where he struggled to balance Education in Ghana and being a signed artist in Nigeria, leading to a split with his former record label and contract. In late 2020 JAAP officially re-introduced himself as an independent artist. JAAP is currently working on the release of a 7 track E.P which is expected to take his career to the next level.
