What if the things we're holding onto are taking up the very space needed for something new to grow?

Up under the grapefruit tree. I'm reflecting on letting go, breaking old cycles, releasing the need to control, and learning to make my own life my classroom. Sometimes growth begins with the courage to look honestly at ourselves- not with judgement, but with love.

We'll talk about self- awareness, trusting God through change, returning to truth when our thoughts carry us away, and embracing every part of ourselves while still giving permission to grow beyond what no longer serves us.

There is no rush. There is no race. This is a journey!
