[§208] Rev 12:11: Satan’s Defeat by the Blood of the Lamb

This podcast explains events at the end of the war in heaven described by John in Revelation 12:11. This verse indicates that Michael the Archangel and his heavenly hosts overcame Satan “by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” (Rev 12:11) The blood of the Lamb alludes to the infinite atonement of Jesus Christ. He sacrificed his blood to cleanse people from sin, including sins committed in the premortal existence on Kolob. The spirits who accepted Christ and kept their first estate were cleansed and became innocent again in the presence of God. They were born innocent at the time of their birth in mortality.
