Episode notes
The moment you stop feeding your mind is the moment it starts working. Not because the next input would have been useless. Because without a pause, the mind never switches from receiving to processing. It just reacts.
That's why some people feel certain and yet keep making poor calls. They aren't lacking data. They're lacking interruption of data. The space between two inputs is where the mind checks its own conclusions. Remove that space, and you don't get faster thinking. You get none.
You don't need more to think about. You need more time not taking anything in. Clarity doesn't come from accumulation. It comes from giving the mind a gap wide enough to move around in.
