It's episode 18 of The Bailey And Harding Ultra Sound System and both Anna and Allie have some race debriefs from the weekend (of two very different races). They chat about how, as runners, we have the ability to perform questionable maths when the struggle bus comes a honking. And we have a question about the lyrics of a seemingly tame song on the playlist, and it's not Limp Bizkit's Chocolate Starfish, but may have similar connotations... There's also some useful nuggets around toilets (or lack of) at races.
