They hide in plain sight.

Right now, much of the western world is feeling the effects of record overall inflation, rapidly rising food prices, computer chip unavailability, and other important commodity shortages. Yet at the same time, housing is selling at record prices during an unstable time. How can this be?  Are the forces trying to control your life pushing our planet over a cliff? Does anyone really notice? With all the turmoil, most act like nothing is really happening. What is really happening and how can you be more prepared for the times ahead? Today, guest host, Jim Calhoun shares with you both the truth, and most important, real hope. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

The sweet little lies and the professionals that tell them.

From fake fact-checkers to untruthful press secretaries, the public is being fed a diet of lies. This willing lack of candor is the likes our nations and world have never experienced before. The public is so divided that truth is lost. Greed and the lust for wealth, position, and power that drives this evil. Today, Bob exposes more of the globalist attempt to shape and control the narrative for their advantage over you. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

“Lust, Power, and Wealth…the deadly trio”

One of the most misquoted Bible verses is found in First Timothy Chapter 6 verse 10 “For the love of money is the root of all evil.” Many misquote by saying “money is the root of all evil,” which is not true. In truth, the best way to describe what St. Paul is saying is to understand that it is really an unnatural “LUST” for money, wealth, and power being the foundation of much of the world’s evil, sorrow, moral decay, and even death. Bob shares his thoughts on that topic and others, as we begin a new week of powerful programs, counting down when Jesus shall return. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

Be not deceived, this world is NOT your home

Today’s elites are making promises to their followers of extended and even eternal life. They claim that “Science” has grown (almost) to the point of being able to fulfill such a promise. As shared this week on the program, there are those that believe they can be “The Intelligent designer,” and in essence be gods. What does the Bible say? Are you in this world, or are you of this world? Today’s program is both a warning and an encouragement to those that believe.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

“We will become gods…” Yuval Noah Harari- WEF Advisor

There is a man by the name of Yuval Noah Harari. Chances are you never heard of him, but you are increasingly being manipulated under his thinking and influence.  He is quoted in the media and has the ears of virtually every government leader. This is the top advisor of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. Harari is working on a global scale to bring about the planned destruction of the concept of God, and to create a vacuum that must be filled.  Harari and the World Economic Forum (and their acolytes) are people trying to fill that void. Welcome to the new world religion, a part of the new world order, and part of biblical prophecy.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

How large is your digital footprint? How powerful is your digital dependency?

Right now, more than ever, people are increasingly dependent on their digital devices. We think nothing of checking email, sending a text, making purchases, and even paying bills and doing our banking online. We truly live in a different world than just a quarter-century ago. For our children, it’s the only world they know. However, there is a downside. People are losing human connection and finding life vastly more stressful than in previous generations. Are we too distracted? Are we too connected? Guest host Jim Calhoun addresses that and more on today’s episode of Truth to Ponder.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

Saving our children from the vanity of the world

Children today live in an unprecedented time. Advances in technology have been hypnotic and consuming, and those that do not share the values of faithful Christians desire to be the new guardians to replace those values with humanistic values. Is there anything we can do? The answer is yes. Today, Bob welcomes to the program, Leah Gerten, a homeschool parent from Michigan. Together they share the challenges and rewards of taking back the education of our children.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

“Welcome to My World"

Many people talk about the secret societies, wealthy families, and shadow organizations that seek to control the entire planet, but how are they accomplishing their goals? The truth is, these cults and families have used a web of public and private partnerships that have been growing stronger and more connected with each passing decade. Today, Bob pulls back the curtain to expose where these Satanists dwell, how they deceive, and how we should prepare. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

Be not deceived

The “powers that be” are still very much in control of our daily lives. Even many “so-called” conservatives are part of the elite and should not be trusted. We are pulled in so many directions at once, it is hard to sort truth from fiction. Right now, just when you think you know what’s next, the next phase of the plan is being put in place to push this world to its ultimate end. Today, Bob shares a few strong possibilities on the horizon, and what we need to do to be ready for the times ahead. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support

“Pop Goes the Weasel” and other political surprises.

Many of us as young children had a “jack in the box” type toy, that as you cranked the handle, would play a song, and then suddenly the lid would pop open and a clown-like character would suddenly appear. This toy kept youngsters occupied for hours. Today, many Christians and Conservatives are often “occupied” with false hopes, empty promises, and continuing declining society. They keep cranking the handle and expecting a different result. Today, Bob starts a series on breaking through the crafted lies, finding the truth, and being proactive. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/truth-to-ponder/support
