Leadership is not a title, a position, or a perceived status.

Leadership is a behavior.

Leadership is a character trait.

Leadership is a way of life.

Sadly, these days too many people fall for the cult of personality and assign the title of “Leader” to anyone they admire or respect, and sometimes, those whom they fear and avoid.

Leadership is easy to misunderstand, which is the reason I brought the thunder with this episode.

It is time for a shift in understanding and rise in awareness of what Leadership truly means. It is time to hold ourselves and those whom we follow to higher standards.
