Elle @ellehirata is a 19 year old college student in Chicago who has struggled with trichotillomania since she was 13. She’s finally in a place where she’s comfortable to tell her story and what she’s learned about managing stress and anxiety in a demanding area of study and just a demanding world in general. She recently faced a setback with her hair-pulling but wants to share the idea that doesn’t mean she’s ‘failed.’
