Faithful Over Profitable
Before we look at the charts today, Acts chapter 20 gives us a powerful reminder that faithfulness is not about having an easy journey. It is about staying committed to what God has called us to do even when pressure, uncertainty, and difficulty show up along the way.
Christ Over Control
Before we look at the charts today, Acts chapter 19 gives us a powerful reminder that real transformation in Christ requires more than inspiration. Sometimes it requires us to let go of the very things that keep pulling us backward.
Keep Going, God Is With You
It’s Monday, a fresh trading week is in front of us, and Acts chapter 18 gives us a powerful reminder for the moments when we feel tired, resisted, or unsure if we should keep going. Paul arrives in Corinth, a difficult city with plenty of opposition, but God meets him there with provision, community, and reassurance.
The Market Is Not Your Master
It’s Sunday, so before another trading week begins, Acts chapter 17 gives us a powerful reminder about what deserves our attention, our trust, and ultimately our worship. Paul walks into Athens and finds a city full of ideas, philosophies, and idols. Everybody is searching for truth, but many are looking in the wrong places. That sounds a lot like the world we live in now, and honestly, it can sound a lot like trading too.
Closed Doors, God’s Direction
It’s Saturday, so today gives us a chance to step away from the charts, slow down, and reflect on something Acts chapter 16 makes very clear: sometimes a closed door is not rejection. Sometimes it is redirection.
Grace Over Performance
It’s Friday, the end of another trading week, and Acts chapter 15 gives us a timely reminder about grace, pressure, and the danger of believing that our worth has to be earned. The early Church was wrestling with whether Gentile believers needed to follow the Law of Moses in order to truly belong. The answer was clear: salvation comes through the grace of Jesus Christ, not human performance.
Resilient in Christ
Before we look at the charts today, Acts chapter 14 reminds us that faithfulness does not mean everything will be easy. Sometimes obedience comes with resistance, growth comes with pressure, and the very season that feels the hardest is the one God is using to strengthen us the most.
Purpose Over Pressure
Before we look at the charts today, Acts chapter 13 reminds us that God does not call us to move without direction. He calls us with purpose, prepares us through His Spirit, and teaches us to trust Him even when the path ahead is not completely
Faith Over the Outcome
Before we look at the charts today, Acts chapter 12 gives us a powerful reminder about what to do when pressure feels heavy and circumstances seem completely out of our control. Peter is in prison, James has already been killed, Herod is increasing the persecution, and from a human perspective, the situation looks terrible. But Acts 12:5 tells us that the Church was earnestly praying to God for Peter. They could not control Herod. They could not break Peter out themselves. But they could pray.
Led by the Spirit
It’s Monday, a new trading week is here, and before we look at the charts, Acts chapter 11 gives us a powerful reminder about staying open to God’s direction. Sometimes we can get so attached to our expectations, routines, and way of doing things that we resist the very change God is trying to use for our growth.
