Heart Over Charts: Starting the Week with Kingdom Discipline

Today we’re pulling from Matthew 5, where Jesus lays out His vision for life in God’s Kingdom. And what’s powerful is Jesus immediately shifts the focus away from external performance and puts it directly on internal transformation. He shows us that righteousness isn’t about how things look on the outside. It’s about what’s happening inside our hearts.

Called to More Than Profit

Today’s devotional centers around the mission of Jesus. In Luke 4, Jesus stands in the synagogue and reads from Isaiah, declaring why He came into the world. He says He came to bring good news to the poor, freedom to the oppressed, sight to the blind, and healing to the broken.

God’s Timing > Market Timing

Today’s devotional centers around the birth of Jesus and the powerful truth that God chose to step into humanity. Luke chapter 2 tells the story of Jesus being born not into wealth, not into status, not into comfort, but into humility. Into a manger. Into ordinary circumstances. And that moment fulfilled centuries of prophecy and promises that God made long before that night ever happened.

Trade in the Light

Today’s devotional is centered around something called The Sun of Righteousness. In Malachi, God promises that a light is coming — a light that would bring healing, justice, warmth, and life. Then when you fast forward to Luke and Ephesians, we see that this promise wasn’t just poetic language… it was pointing directly to Jesus.

Built in the Waiting Season

Today I want to talk about something that honestly hits deep for traders, believers, and really anyone walking through a season where things feel slow, uncertain, or not moving the way you expected. Today’s devotional comes from Micah chapter 5 and Matthew chapter 2, and it centers around a prophecy about Jesus being born in Bethlehem. Now on the surface, that may sound like just another Christmas story, but when you really zoom out, it reveals something powerful about how God works.

Joy That Doesn’t Depend on the Outcome

Today’s devotional comes from Habakkuk 3 and Philippians 4:4, and both teach us something traders desperately need… how to have joy when life feels uncertain.

When God Makes You Wait

Today’s devotional is centered around a powerful moment in Scripture called Three Days in the Deep. And this is one of those passages that hits different once you really see it.

Faith That Shows Up on the Chart

It’s Monday. New week. Clean slate. New opportunities—not just in the market, but in how we show up.

Trading From The Spirit, Not Stress

In Joel chapter 2, God makes a promise to His people at a time when things looked dry, broken, and uncertain. Crops were failing. The future felt unstable. And right in the middle of that, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people.

God’s Love Doesn’t Quit

Since it’s the weekend, this isn’t about locking in on charts or preparing for the next session. This is about slowing down, exhaling a little, and letting God speak to parts of us we usually drown out with noise, movement, and grind.
