Welcome to my first two part series! It truly deserves a longer session because boundaries are a big deal. I get it's a buzz word, and, it's for good reason.. If we aren't setting standards for how we want others to show up for us (and us show up for them) we are slow stirring a pot full of disaster.

Before you send out that agreement, begin that project, jump into a new endeavor, let's create an outline of what boundaries can look like so you set yourself up for success before the clock starts.
