Henry B. Eyring was born on May 31, 1933, in Princeton and has spent decades serving as a General Authority in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A gifted educator and leader, he earned degrees from the University of Utah and Harvard University before teaching at Stanford University and serving as president of Ricks College. President Eyring has served in many Church leadership positions, including the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and the First Presidency. Known for his humility, love of learning, artistic talents, and devotion to family and faith, he has encouraged members to seek both spiritual and educational growth.
