GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE as promised:
1 cup spinach
1 cup water
(blend these two together first)
70 grams frozen pineapple (simple truth is the brand I used for all frozen fruits)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 large banana (can do 1/2) fresh or frozen
Blend again and enjoy! You can add more water in if you want it to be thinner!
