This week on the VCPodcast I spoke with Daniel McLoughlin, Dan opened RockSalt Cafe in Blackrock in Co. Louth back in 2018. He has since opened a second site in Dundalk Town centre. Dan built up a world of experience in hospitality working in some of the top Hotels and Restaurants in luxemburg, London and Maynooth before opening RockSalt. Dan chats to me about his 11/12 years before opening the Cafe, plans for the future, how he had to change his business to survive during Covid19 and advice for up and coming Entrepreneurs.
