He has since opened a second site in Dundalk Town centre. Dan built up a world of experience in hospitality working in some of the top Hotels and Restaurants in luxemburg, London and Maynooth before opening RockSalt. Dan chats to me about his 11/12 years before opening the Cafe, plans for the future, how he had to change his business to survive during Covid19 and advice for up and coming Entrepreneurs.

After Falling in love with the place they bought over the local bike hire company "On Yer Bike". Richard explains how it came about, the changes they made and all the stock they now have in place for families and kids. They also repair bikes which is a great service for the local community.
