Episode notes

Happy freaking New Year!!!! In this week's episode we sit down with our old time friend, Sophia. Between navigating her career from hospital to aesthetics, helping run a successful family business, creating an Etsy company, and focusing on herself…she does it ALL! Tune in to hear all about how she balances it all while still doing things she loves like working out & spending time with family. If we took away one thing from this interview it was that success only comes from hard work and dedication & we admire Sophia for doing just that!
