You go through a period where you feel you have lost your identity, because we often identify ourselves by our professions, significant others, or habits. In this episode I share how I am working through this deep inner and outer transformation, and some tips to make it through un-chartered territory and into new horizons.

I worked through and accepted the loss of my job, and decided to embrace this new chapter and change in my life. I still don't know what I am doing next, but in the meantime I have been writing a lot, and meditating often.
