I had the pleasure of being on The Love and Compassion Podcast with Gissele Taraba. We had such a great conversation that we needed to continue it and I’m so grateful to have her here as a guest. She has such a beautiful heart and soul. She talks about her journey through pain and suffering which aided in her growth to becoming the person she is today. During this episode we also talk about the power of forgiveness, the Christ consciousness, mindfulness, meditation, and a story about the most courageous display of love and compassion I’ve ever heard, which totally blew me away.
