Join us for episode 4 of The Spokes People Podcast! [FDR was out biking]
Continuing our journey through the Omaha bicycling scene, Dave (Henson) and Dave (FDR) are joined this week by Ken Theis of Kilowatt Coaching, to discuss his history, methodology and overall philosophy when it comes to athletic training (including a surprise [to Dave] testimonial from one of Ken's clients).
In our second episode of the "Spokes People" podcast, Dave (Henson) and Dave (FDR) sit down to talk with Tom Kutilek, on his involvement in "Bike With Mike Day", the story that started it and how it's come to impact the Omaha area so far.
In our inaugural episode of "The Spokes People" podcast, Dave (Henson) & Dave (FDR) sit down for a chat with Brad Oldfield to discuss his experience in organizing the newly formed "Louisville Classic Gravel Grinder", followed by a later conversation with Doug Scherlie on his 40 year long running "Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska".
