Lucky number 13, just in time for October.
We've had a lot of excellent guests in the studio as of late, and with many more lined up for the future, we've decided now would be a good time to sit down and focus on one of our own. Dave Randleman, or as we like to call him, FDR [we'll let you imagine what the F stands for], joins us in the hot seat this week to tell Dave (Henson) about his own journey through cycling, some of his tips for proper bike maintenance as a mechanic and what his recent training journey this year has looked like.
